High Shear Emulsifier often works continuously for a long time. If it is not operated properly and maintained carefully, the emulsifier is prone to failure, which shortens the service life of the emulsifier. Today I will tell you how to operate and maintain the emulsifier correctly.

Personnel requirements:

1. Emulsifier operators need to undergo professional training and be familiar with the structural performance, transmission principle and safety production knowledge of the spray emulsifier; and only operators designated by the production workshop operate the designated emulsifier equipment;

3. Operators need to wear anti-static work clothes as required when they go to work.

Preparation before starting:

1. Check the tightness of the transmission chain of the emulsifier equipment before starting, and adjust it in time if the tightness is not appropriate;

2. Check whether the lubricating oil in the lubrication system tank is sufficient before starting, and add it in time if it is insufficient;

3. Before starting, check whether there is oil residue on the transmission chain of the emulsifier equipment, if there is, it should be cleaned in time;

4. Check whether the air pipe and joint are leaking before starting;

5. Check whether the air source pressure is normal before starting;

7. Check the joints of the pretreatment line, and clean or replace the blockage or abnormality in time;

6. Before starting, check and confirm that all pipelines have no leakage, the valves are in the correct open state, and the instrument indication and control system are working normally;

8. Check the water level of each water tank before processing, and replenish water and liquid in time if necessary to prevent the spray pump from drying out due to low liquid level.

9. Check and ensure the type and color of paint in the paint mixing room; ensure that the emulsifier equipment has been adjusted to the process viscosity according to the corresponding process operation procedures, and filtered as required; ensure sufficient output is required.

10. Check whether the blower and exhaust fan of the corresponding emulsifier equipment are operating normally to ensure that the air supply and exhaust of the entire spraying operation room are operating normally;

Maintenance precautions for emulsifier:

1. Clean the walls, glass and platform base of the emulsifier workshop every day to avoid the accumulation of dust and dust;

2. Clean the air intake dust screen every week and check whether the exhaust dust screen is blocked. If the indoor air pressure rises for no reason, the exhaust dust screen needs to be replaced.

3. Replace the dust cotton on the platform every 150 hours of work;

4. The air intake dust screen should be replaced every 30oh;

5. Clean the platform and emulsifier pot every month, and clean the filter device;

6. Check whether the intake and exhaust motors are loose every quarter;

7. Clean the entire emulsifier equipment and platform network every six months, check the circulating air valve, intake and exhaust fan bearings, check the exhaust channel of the motor, and clean the sediment in the emulsifier pot to keep it clean and hygienic.

The above is a very detailed introduction about the emulsifier. I hope it can help more friends understand, use and maintain the emulsifier.
