What Are The Differences Between An Emulsifier And A Mixer

Both emulsifiers and mixers have mixing functions, but their structures and application ranges are different.

The rotor and stator of an emulsifier are generally made of high-strength hard alloy, similar to two grinding discs doing shearing motion, which is relatively wear-resistant, and the emulsification effect can be achieved by adjusting the gap. The advantage is good mixing effect, and the selection of a suitable emulsifying head can be applied to a variety of working conditions, widely used, and applicable to a variety of different industries; the disadvantage is low output, and poor mixing effect for hard particle materials and high viscosity materials.

Magnetic Mixer is mainly used for simple mixing, such as the material itself does not need to be refined, as long as simple mixing is sufficient; the advantage is the traditional mixing method, large output, and relatively wide application; the disadvantage is that there is no shearing and refining effect on the material, and only simple mixing can be performed.
