1. After the emulsification is completed, the emulsifier must be cleaned, which can not only maintain the working efficiency of the stator and rotor but also play a role in protecting the secret seal of the emulsification. If necessary, a set of cleaning circulation devices should be designed and installed near the periphery.

2. Emulsification Pump After confirming that the cooling water of the machine seal is connected, start the motor, and repeatedly request that the motor direction should be consistent with the direction mark of the main shaft before it can be operated. Reversal is strictly prohibited!

3. If liquid leakage is found at the shaft during operation, the pressure of the machine seal must be adjusted after stopping.

4. According to the different media used by the user, the inlet and outlet filters must be cleaned regularly to avoid reducing the feed amount and affecting the consumption efficiency. The material entering the working chamber must be fluid, and dry powder and lumps of material are not allowed to enter the machine directly, otherwise, it will cause the machine to be stuffy and damage the emulsifier.

5. It is strictly forbidden for metal chips or hard and difficult to break debris to enter the working chamber of the emulsifier to avoid destructive damage to the working stator, rotor and equipment.

6. Before using this emulsifier, the corresponding safe production and operation procedures should be formulated to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. In the electrical control system, users should set up a safety protection system and have a good and reliable electrical motor grounding installation.

7. The stator and rotor of the vacuum emulsifier need to be checked regularly. If excessive wear is found, the corresponding parts should be replaced in time to ensure the dispersion and emulsification effect.

8. When using the emulsifier, liquid materials must be continuously input or kept in a certain amount in the container. Avoid running the machine empty to avoid high temperature or crystallization of the material in the work and damage to the equipment!

9. If the vacuum emulsifier has abnormal sounds or other faults during operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and run again after the fault is eliminated. After stopping, the working chamber and the stator and rotor should be cleaned.
